Steve's role in your home construction project will include Project Manager, Builder, Technical Advisor and General Contractor. I will meet with you regarding all aspects of the home, and help you with any design or finish questions, coordinate the approval process of drawings and plans through Regional building, hire subcontractors, supervise the construction and quality control of the home.
I am currently a licensed "C" Building contractor with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department. I have had my contractor’s license and have been building custom homes for 35 years. I have built close to 50 custom homes during that time frame.
I passed the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department exam for a "C" License which permits me to build up to a 6-plex apartment. I have been involved in the construction industry since the age of 14, giving me 40+ years or experience, and I have worked in all aspects of construction over the years, primarily focused on Whole home remodeling and Custom home building. Steve got a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, graduating with honors with a BS in Finance from Regis University as well.
Anita's will run day to day office organization, assist with marketing, social media, business writing, and assist with office computer technology.
